Donations help families return -- rebuilding both their homes and their lives.
Many of the homes in the flood zone were filled to the rooftops with flood waters.
The families, along with volunteers have gutted the homes and are now
beginning the huge task of rebuilding.

All donors will receive a red origami crane.
According to ancient Japanese legend, "anyone who folds a
1000 origami cranes" will be granted a wish by a crane.
Red cranes symbolize "good fortune."
